Limo Rental in Port Jefferson and Port Jefferson Station
Port Jefferson is a harbor village of 7,962 people (2020 Census), ZIP code 11777. Main Street is part of NY 25A, NY 112 also serves the village, and the LIRR’s Port Jefferson Branch ends here, at a station with train service since 1873. From the harbor, the Bridgeport and Port Jefferson ferry carries cars and passengers across Long Island Sound to Bridgeport, Connecticut, run by a company that dates to 1883 and counted P. T. Barnum as its first president.
We serve the village and Port Jefferson Station alike, so the same fleet and pricing apply whichever side of the line you live on. The bookings we see most:
- Tailgate buses for football, hockey and concert nights.
- Airport rides, with MacArthur the closest at about 17 miles.
- Theater nights and dinners in the village.
- Earl L. Vandermeulen High School proms.
- Waterfront weddings and parties.
Every chauffeur is licensed and insured, and the price on our online booking is the price you pay.
Tailgate Buses From Port Jefferson
A tailgate bus is the easiest way to get a crowd to the game: one pickup in Port Jefferson, a driver who waits through the last play and a ride home for everyone. Stadium trips are long from here, and buses can’t use most Long Island parkways, so we route them on the expressway and quote the full round trip by the hour, waiting time included.
| Bus | Seats | Rate | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| 18-passenger bus | 18 | $145 per hour | 6 hours |
| 22-passenger bus | 22 | $165 per hour | 6 hours |
| 27-passenger bus | 27 | $175 per hour | 5 hours |
| 29-passenger party bus | 29 | Set by date | Call |
| 52-passenger coach bus | 52 | Set by date | Call |
| 12-passenger limo bus | 12 | $135 per hour | 6 hours |
For a game day that runs long, an 8-hour Saturday with the 12-passenger limo bus is $1,080 before fees and about $1,608 all-in. Larger crowds usually step up to the coach. Read our MetLife Stadium, UBS Arena and sports events pages for how game-day bookings work.
Port Jefferson Airport Car Service
Airport rides are priced by distance, and the figures here are all-in, with the booking fee, fuel charge, insurance and tax added.

| Sedan (3 seats) | $126.96 | $223.22 | $228.53 |
| SUV (6 seats) | $163.69 | $278.70 | $284.85 |
| 8-passenger van | $411.52 | $588.81 | $594.56 |
| 13-passenger shuttle van | $431.09 | $615.00 | $621.16 |
| 22-passenger bus | $792.51 | $918.04 | $929.41 |
| 27-passenger bus | $865.96 | $1,012.41 | $1,025.69 |
Taking the train to JFK from here is possible but slow. Trains on the Port Jefferson Branch are diesel, and most off-peak trips require a change at Huntington before continuing to Jamaica, where the AirTrain JFK takes you to the terminals. With luggage, that is two transfers, which is why most village residents book a car.

Harbor Nights in Port Jefferson Village
On a busy evening in the village, a car that drops you at the door saves a search for parking near the harbor.
Theatre Three on Main Street
Theatre Three, at 412 Main Street, seats about 408, and its mainstage season runs through spring 2027. A sedan or the Lincoln MKT stretch works for a couple; for a group outing, the Sprinter limo keeps everyone together.
The Ferry to Bridgeport
The ferry leaves from 102 West Broadway and takes about 1 hour 15 minutes each way. We drop off and meet foot passengers at the dock, so visitors from Connecticut can continue to MacArthur, JFK or anywhere on the island.
The Charles Dickens Festival
Every early December the village holds its Charles Dickens Festival, with Main Street closed at times for crowds and parades. We plan pickups around the closures. Our Long Island holiday lights tour makes a good second half to the evening.
Earl L. Vandermeulen High School Prom Limos
Earl L. Vandermeulen High School is the public high school of the Port Jefferson Union Free School District, and we also drive prom groups from homes in Port Jefferson Station. Parents can count on three things with every booking:
- A written quote listing every pickup, each photo stop and the time the group gets home.
- A fixed total agreed before the night, never adjusted later.
- A 24/7 dispatch number to call for an update whenever they like.
More detail is on our Port Jefferson High School prom, Port Jefferson prom limo and Port Jefferson Station prom pages, and the Long Island prom guide.
Port Jefferson Wedding Limos
The harbor gives Port Jefferson weddings a natural setting. Harborfront Park, a 5.1-acre village-owned park bought in 1997, sits beside the Village Center, which rents function rooms, and the Danfords Hotel, Marina and Spa is on East Broadway. We bring the white Escalade stretch (18 seats) or the Lincoln MKT stretch (7) for the couple, and a 27-passenger shuttle bus for guests coming from hotels. Read our wedding limousine page for planning tips.

The 12-passenger limo bus on a Saturday is $1,080 before fees for 8 hours, about $1,608 all-in. Stretch limousines are quoted by date.
